Donald Trump has been accused of gaslighting and giving Americans false hopes when it comes to the possible coronavirus drugs that have not been approved by the FDA.
After receiving flak for saying that chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine have been approved by the FDA, the POTUS urged the company to speed up its testing.

However, Political Flare accused the POTUS of manipulating the country with his latest tweet. In the past, he claimed to have had a hunch that the mortality rate will be 1 percent and that the mortality rate will be higher than 1 percent.
“Trump is again pumping up hyperbole without any basis to give people such false hope. Trump’s statement about “being put to use immediately” is referring only to the study – and it’s a study – and thus there is not even evidence yet that it works!” journalist Jason Miciak said.
On Twitter, Trump’s critics and supporters also shared their thoughts about the president’s tweets and the so-called game-changing coronavirus drugs.
